Work With Me

Writing, speaking, and selective one-on-one advisory

I've spent my career in environments where sky-high expectations, ambiguity, pressure, competing priorities, and difficult personalities were just part of the job.

Over time, I realized that success—at work and in life—comes down to a handful of questions:

  • What's actually going on here?

  • What’s real, and what are the stories I'm telling myself?

  • What do I actually want, separate from what other people expect of me?

  • Am I making this choice because it's right for me, or because it's familiar, comfortable, or easier than changing?

Whether I'm helping someone navigate a difficult boss, a career transition, a complicated relationship, or a life that no longer feels quite right, the work is always the same: paying attention, telling the truth, and making choices on purpose.

That's the through-line of everything I do.
